The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (L.E.O.S.A) is a United States federal law, enacted in 2004, that allows two classes of persons—the “qualified law enforcement officer” and the “qualified retired law enforcement officer” — to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States, regardless of any state or local law to the contrary, with certain exceptions. It should be noted that the L.E.O.S. A does not limit or change any officer’s authority within their own state/jurisdiction from carrying or to where a firearm is carried “off duty” or “on duty” under their own state law.

This 90-minute course covers the necessary information for retired law enforcement officers to concealed carry nationwide. In this course you will receive all your required paperwork and qualification cards.

All students must wear closed-toe shoes and a shirt with sleeves to participate in the class. If you  want to qualify with multiple types firearms( I.E. Semi Autos and Revolvers) there is an a additional $20 fee paid at the time of the class.
